- Massage- A combination of techniques, including European, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Deep tissue, Reflexology, & stretch. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Sports massage available for those who want optimal performance.
- 60 min. $70 90 min. $100
- Hot Stone Massage-This massage uses heated basalt stones with traditional massage techniques to evoke a deep penetrating heat. Releases muscle tension & balances. 90 min. $110
- Neuromuscular Reeducation-A soft tissue technique that offers rapid & lasting relief from pain caused by injuries affecting the nerves, muscles, connective tissue & joints. Firm pressure is used to clear adhesions & scar tissue from the muscle fibres and quickly restore nerve and muscle function. Combined with Chiropractic, the results are extraordinary. Much can be accomplished in 20 minutes. Only available as an add on to 1 hour or longer massage session. $35 add on
*Neuromuscular Reeducation is not a "nice massage". You are likely to feel sore after the treatment-there may even be bruising in places where we have worked hard on the muscles and tissues. The treatment can be painful to receive, but should never be more than you can tolerate. Always tell your therapist if you want less pressure.
